• Making monthly roster of the department.

• Rechecking the leaves form and overtime sheet of the department staff before its approval from Administrator/Manager.
• Maintaining proper records of leave forms and record it in people soft.
• Assisting for verbal intimation of third party clients on weekends, public holidays and after officer hours.
• Providing support service to Corporate, Welfare and Self-payee patients in absence of administration.
• Facilitating and guiding AKUH employees for their medical benefits eligibility according to their job position and sending their bills for deduction from salaries for employee contribution.
